Indoor pool training

Pool training is split into two groups, freestyle and training technique and endurance on the planks. Freestyle training will be given by Guido, technique and endurance by Job. Freestyle training is only allowed by people which can do the Eskimo Roll.

During each training the following rules apply:
- There is a maximum of 8 people during traing (excluding trainers)
- Dressing rooms are only available after training
- Showering is Not allowed
- Face masks are an obligation in the Sports Centre, before and after training
- General corona rules apply (stay home when sick, keep 1,5 meter distance when possible, etc…)
